Monday 1/25 at 5:00 pm at RES, community input regarding delayed starts welcome

This is the first year that MMMUSD/CESU has included delayed starts in the school calendar. The purpose of this time is to provide coordinated professional development for staff and adhere to guidelines in the Vermont Education Quality Standards. The calendar has not been set for next school year. A sub-committee of the MMMUSD/CESU Board is meeting on January 25th, 5:00 p.m.at Richmond Elementary School to discuss the delayed starts and the 2016-17 school calendar. This meeting is open to the public and will include community comment. If you have feedback and comments about the delay starts, you can attend this meeting or send your comments to your local principal, Sally Koch Hayes, sally.hayes@cesuvt.org or the superintendent atjohn.alberghini@cesuvt.org. 

Feedback collected by the administration will be shared with the calendar sub-committee.
