Wednesday is Walk at LUNCH DAY!

NOTE adjusted times!
Come join us for WALK at LUNCH DAY!
We are all taking part in celebrating the joy and
health benefit of walking this Wednesday, 4/29/15.
We will all walk together for two loops around the recess field.The first and second graders will be walking at recess at 11:00 a.m., lunch at 11:30  and the Kindergarteners, Third and Fourth graders will be walking at recess,11:30 a.m. lunch at 12:00 pm, Afternoon Preschool walk at 11:40 lunch at 12:10 pm. Morning preschool students can join us for any of the walk times! We'll meet on the playground next to the garden shed for our walk.
We hope you can join us!

Plan to stay for lunch with your child, too. 
Please let Sue know if you'll be joining us for
 lunch so Alison can plan. Thank You!

Parent conversations with Sally Hayes/ CHANGE in DATES

The next two parent conversations with Mrs. Hayes dates
have been CHANGED
The originally scheduled Third Thursday dates have been changed for May and June
The new dates and times are now the second Thursday:
Thursday, May 14th 8:00-9:00 a.m. and 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Thursday, June 11th 8:00-9:00 a.m. and 1:30-2:30 p.m.
I will address specific topics that you would like to discuss.
Coffee, tea and fresh fruit will be served. We will meet in the Art Room at BPMS.

Third and fourth grade students sugaring at the Meacham's Sugar House! How many gallons of sap does it take to make one gallon of maple syrup?  Yes, that's right 40 gallons!
Everyone enjoyed this wonderful experience, watching the sap boil and understanding the process it takes to make Vermont's liquid gold.... MAPLE SYRUP!

Delicious Sourdough Rye Bread for sale to benefit the school!

Alison is making homemade bread, Sourdough Rye, as a fundraiser for the hot lunch program at school. You can buy the bread over the weekend at Beaudry's. Look for this amazing new item, it is really delicious!
